Order Management Specialist

- Order Management: Oversee the processing of orders, ensuring timely entries, confirmations, and follow-ups in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Negotiation Skills: Engage in negotiations to secure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding the order process, including stock availability and modifications to orders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance departmental workflows for greater efficiency.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with all relevant parties throughout the order lifecycle, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Enhancing Customer Experience: Strive to elevate customer satisfaction levels consistently.
- Client Consultation: Prepare PCBs, provide advice on cost-effective and production enhancements, select appropriate partners, and generate quotes.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, conduct SWOT analyses, and oversee account development.
- Possess a technical or commercial background or equivalent qualifications.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Preferably, have prior experience with printed circuit boards.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Maintain composure and organization when faced with multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with AX, Salesforce, and BI tools like Qlickview/Qlicksense is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
