Senior Communications Manager Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager Strategy to drive our corporate communications strategy and planning. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining our group-wide corporate communications strategy, working closely with the Head of Corporate Communications Strategy & Planning and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Bauer Media's group-wide corporate communications strategy
  • Oversee and coordinate the group-wide communications calendar and air traffic control
  • Identify and flag risks in the implementation of the communications strategy and planning
  • Establish communications milestones and KPIs and develop and implement monitoring plans
  • Identify and implement communications trends and best practices
  • Analyse data and implement processes to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing corporate communications strategies
  • Able to think laterally about the impact of communications
  • Highly organised with a logical approach and great prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience of transformation programmes in the media sector is desirable
