Senior Product Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Line Manager to lead the development and execution of our nutrition strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and market share through effective product line management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Product Line Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive product line strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Manage Product Line P&L: Oversee the financial performance of our product lines, including revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor Financial Performance: Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and forecasting accuracy to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Define Pricing and Promotion Guidelines: Develop and maintain pricing and promotion strategies to drive growth and margins.
- Collaborate with Product Development: Work closely with our product development team to align new products with our strategy and manage the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including promotional campaigns and campaign performance monitoring.
- Drive Successful Product Launches: Lead the launch of new products and explore partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field: A degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the FMCG industry: Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
- Proven Track Record of Success: A proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios, from concept to launch to lifecycle management.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial planning.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluency in English and German: Fluency in both English and German is required.
