Senior Communications Manager Strategy

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager Strategy to join our Global Communications Team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the corporate communications strategy and planning to support our transformation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a group-wide corporate communications strategy, working closely with the Head of Corporate Communications Strategy & Planning and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate the group-wide communications calendar and air traffic control in line with the strategy, ensuring harmonised and effective communications.
- Identify and flag risks in the implementation of the communications strategy and planning.
- Establish communications milestones and KPIs and develop and implement monitoring plans to evaluate and analyse communication effectiveness.
- Identify and implement communications trends, evaluate best practices and promote knowledge transfer across the entire communications team.
- Analyse data and implement processes to support data-driven decision-making across the entire communications team.
- End-to-end project management.
**Requirements**
- 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing corporate communications strategies as well as leading and delivering communications campaigns.
- Able to think laterally about the impact of communications.
- Highly organised with a logical approach, great at prioritising and managing productivity.
- Confident communicator: able to persuade, negotiate, influence and network.
- Experience of transformation programmes in the media sector is desirable.
- Office365 skills (especially MS Teams and SharePoint).
- Fluent spoken and excellent written English, further languages like German or Polish are desirable.
