Drive Business Growth in Europe

Molex is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth and success of our Industrial Automation solutions in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our market presence and increase sales of our Industrial Automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Europe to sell and promote Molex Industrial Solutions in target market segments.
  • Become a subject matter expert and provide consultative selling by demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of target customer and prospect profiles, applications, needs, problems, and their expectations.
  • Track trends and dependencies in the industry/market segments that impact primary sources of sales/revenues in the assigned region.
Requirements:
  • Electro-Mech higher education
  • Advanced written and oral English communication skills
  • Business Development Manager (BDM) experience with a proven track record
  • A deep understanding of networked (Industrial Ethernet) Sensor and Actuator hardware (I/O) and Industrial Automation architecture solutions

  • Project Book/Spec. List creation and management
  • Functional Safety knowledge to Safety Integration Level 3 (SIL3) to IEC 62061 sector-specific standards under IEC 61508 or CAT4/Performance Level e (PLe) to ISO
