About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious intern to join our dynamic team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a Founders Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in identifying new expansion opportunities and target market segments through market analysis and competitive research.
  • Assist in the implementation of the overall strategic direction of the company and develop actionable strategies to achieve our business objectives.
  • Supporting the analysis of customer insights to understand their needs and preferences and derive tailor-made strategies.
  • Use data-driven approaches to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for C-Level or external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in economics, computer science, or comparable qualifications with above-average grades.
  • First internships in high-profile companies, e.g., in consulting, VC, or high-growth start-ups.
  • Fluent English, good German is a plus.
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in working with databases and analysis tools is a big plus.
  • High level of analytical competence, quick comprehension, and ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships.
  • Goal-oriented, take the initiative, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent understanding of numbers.
  • Passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship.
