Corporate Strategy Internship Opportunity
About the Role
As a Corporate Strategy Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the energy transition by helping to answer Siemens Energy's most pressing strategic questions. You will work closely with the corporate strategy team to create an impact for coming generations by solving challenges regarding the energy ecosystem on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Support the corporate strategy team in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Drive independent tasks within strategic projects in various fields, including business strategies, markets, competitors, communication, and sustainability
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other material for senior managers and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
- Inspire ideas on how to solve day-to-day business challenges
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business administration (or related fields), advanced graduate degree is in progress (MSc, MBA, PhD), internship is included in your study regulations
- A genuine interest in the energy field and strategy development
- Prior internship/work/project experience in strategy, consulting, energy, or relevant areas is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and drive to work with a diverse set of people on complex projects in volatile settings
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
