Lumaly is a pioneering browser extension that revolutionizes online shopping by automatically applying vouchers. Backed by prominent investors, we're poised to scale from 500,000 to 2.5 million users in 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting journey.
Role OverviewWe're seeking a highly ambitious and multi-talented individual to join our team as a Founders Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Co-Founders, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is a future entrepreneur or executive who thrives in a dynamic setting, willing to take on diverse tasks, and drive growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the founders across departments to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of projects, including new market entries, product launches, and growth initiatives.
- Support our founders with tasks related to upcoming financing rounds, ensuring a smooth process.
- Lead the expansion to new markets and countries, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and industry by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field and previous experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of project management duties.
- Highly self-directed, with the ability to take initiative and drive results with limited direction.
- Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
