We're seeking a highly motivated German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key player in our sales and marketing department, you'll have the opportunity to work with German-speaking clients and help them achieve their advertising goals through Google Ads.

Your Role

As a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with German-speaking clients to design and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Focusing on sales and client success, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them maximize their advertising investments.
  • Delivering data-driven insights and recommending strategic adjustments, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in achieving client goals.
  • Growing with us through comprehensive Google Ads training and sales development, setting you up for success in digital advertising and client relationship management.

We offer a competitive salary, starting at 23,876 EUR gross annually, with the potential to earn up to 3,408 EUR in performance-based bonuses. You'll also receive a relocation package, including flight and two months of private accommodation to help you settle comfortably into Barcelona. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
  • 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or online advertising.
  • EU citizenship or a residency permit that allows you to work in Spain.
  • A keen interest in sales and a strong drive to help clients succeed through Google Ads.
