As a Customer Care & Support Manager, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our luxury watch marketplace. Your goal will be to find satisfactory solutions for all parties, even in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be an integral part of our young customer relations team, comprising open-minded employees from over 10 countries.
  • You will support users from German- and English-speaking countries with questions about buying or selling watches on Chrono24.
  • You will establish long-lasting business relationships with customers, bringing your own style to the role.
  • You will answer incoming inquiries using a ticket system and on the phone.
  • You will guide users through the purchasing procedure of our Trusted Checkout service, an attractive payment option.
  • You will continuously think about how we can improve Chrono24 and our customer service.

What We're Looking For:

  • You can win customers over with your excellent communication skills, both on the phone and via email.
  • You have a strong command of English and German, both written and spoken.
  • You stand out thanks to your proactive approach, teamwork skills, and ability to act on your own initiative.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in customer service, customer support, or in a call center.
  • You have strong communication skills and are enthusiastic about new topics.
  • This position is suitable for both entry-level and experienced professionals.
  • Don't worry if you're not familiar with luxury watches; we'll teach you everything you need to know.
