About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support to customers in multiple languages, including German, English, and Spanish.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
