Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Core Laboratories. As a key member of our operational department, you will be responsible for ensuring customer support, order planning, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and orders from both domestic and international clients.
- Coordinating and organizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Providing written and telephone customer support.
- Receiving and entering orders into our internal system.
- Sharing responsibility for order processing and monitoring deadlines.
Requirements:
- Chemical background is preferred.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- PC skills (MS Office) are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, customer-focused.
- Flexible, resilient, pleasant telephone manner.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating tasks.
