About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Support Manager. As a key member of our customer relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Support customers in multiple languages, including English and German.
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury watch marketplace and its features.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a luxury goods or e-commerce environment.
