Customer Service Role Overview

At Chrono24, we strive to provide exceptional customer experiences for watch enthusiasts worldwide. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our diverse team, supporting users from German- and English-speaking countries with their inquiries about buying or selling watches on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries via phone and email.
  • You will guide users through the purchasing process of our Trusted Checkout service, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer service.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and providing excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • You must have a strong command of English and German, both written and spoken.
  • You should be proactive, a team player, and able to act on your own initiative.
  • Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or a call center is highly desirable.
  • You should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to customer issues.
