**Job Title:** Sales Representative - Advanced Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Bavaria region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing market share within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for our specialized medical devices.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of medical imaging devices.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including radiologists, hospital administrators, and imaging department managers.
  • Account Management: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the medical imaging sector.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of sales experience in the medical device sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
