Job Responsibilities:
- Active Sales: Engage in proactive telephone sales of heating oil, fuels, lubricants, and services to commercial customers, leveraging strong communication skills to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Customer Care: Provide expert advice on product use and application, ensuring customers receive optimal support and guidance.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also fostering strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Order Processing and Management: Utilize computerized systems to efficiently process orders, manage customer credits, and monitor receivables.
- Compliance and Customer Service: Ensure seamless delivery contract management, handle customer complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Commercial Background: Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Sales Orientation: Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of success in telephone sales and customer-facing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
