Sales Representative in the Wholesale Division

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Wholesale Division team at Mobene GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Active telephone sales of heating oil, fuels, and lubricants, as well as related services to commercial customers
- Customer service and consultation on the use and application of our products
- Reactivation and acquisition of customers
- Independent calculation and creation of offers
- Computer-assisted order processing
- Monitoring of customer credits and related processing of credit applications
- Monitoring of claims and conducting telephone reminders
- Support for external sales staff in preparing visits and creating offers
- Monitoring of compliance with delivery contracts with customers
- Handling of complaints, including written correspondence
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Strong sales orientation
- Experience in telephone sales
- Several years of experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and team orientation
- High stress tolerance and willingness to work
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills
