About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Bechtle. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PreSales and Sales, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High level of engagement and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
