Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Active Sales: Engage in proactive telephone sales of heating oil, fuels, lubricants, and services to commercial customers, leveraging strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Customer Care: Provide expert advice on product use and application, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including customer reactivation and acquisition.
  • Order Processing: Manage order processing with computerized systems, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Financial Management: Monitor customer credits, process credit applications, and manage receivables, including telephone reminders.
  • Support and Compliance: Assist field sales representatives in visit preparations and quotation preparation, ensuring compliance with delivery contracts and handling customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Background: Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Sales Orientation: Strong sales orientation, with experience in telephone sales and a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: High resilience, commitment, and a confident demeanor.
