About the Role

This position is a key part of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be working closely with our marketing and technology departments to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and processes

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Track record of being a high performer (over quota, President's Club)
