About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to lead the business development of ProxximaTM into the automotive segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the business strategy, selecting partner accounts, and driving programs through to sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the automotive segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and develop a team of global business development resources.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the automotive composites industry.
  • Knowledge of the automotive composites ecosystem and existing network of contacts.
  • Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, preferably resins.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop people.
