- Negotiations and Deal Structuring: Prepare proposals, term sheets, and negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with program management and legal teams.

- Market Analysis: Evaluate the competitive landscape, including the impact of new technologies or competitors, and suggest target values for business cases.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's, MBA, or Ph.D. in Business, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Bring at least 8 years of proven success in Business Development within the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to make informed, impactful decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excel in both written and verbal communication, with a polished ability to articulate business development strategies.
- Analytical Strength: Possess a keen ability to analyze market data, evaluate competitive landscapes, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for this role.
- Flexibility and Mobility: Be ready and willing to travel up to 40% of the time, embracing the flexibility needed to maintain and grow our global presence.
