About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our portfolio company as a Strategic Growth Partner. In this role, you'll work closely with our Founder Team to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in market analysis, category management, and supplier optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyzing and optimizing category management to improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs
  • Supporting the Founder Team in re-scoping, optimizing, and expanding the Supplier Management System
  • Identifying new product and customer segments to drive innovative growth initiatives
  • Designing a roadmap towards a sustainable supply chain
  • Optimizing current processes and creating new ones to improve operational efficiency

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in a highly competitive environment, such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a high-growth startup
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Flexible generalist with a solution-oriented approach
  • Passion for growth and innovation, with a strong interest in the construction industry
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality, with a focus on implementation and results
  • Ability to work with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration
  • Excellent academic background in Economics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
  • Business proficiency in German and English

Please note that this role is based in our Berlin office, and eligibility to work in the EU is required.
