About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our portfolio company as a key member of the team. As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development, working closely with the Founder Team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyze and optimize category management to improve procurement efficiency
  • Support the Founder Team in rescope, optimize, and expand the Supplier Management System
  • Analyze new product and customer segments to plan and implement innovative growth initiatives
  • Design a roadmap towards a sustainable Supply Chain
  • Optimize current processes and create new ones to drive operational excellence

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a highly competitive environment, such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a curiosity for new technologies
  • Flexible generalist with a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
  • Passionate about growth startups and committed to changing the construction industry with an international team
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality with a focus on implementation
  • Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
  • Excellent academic background in Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Business proficiency in German and English
