Pixtunes GmbH is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup that aims to revolutionize the media experience. Our goal is to deliver a unique soundtrack for every individual's life, combining groundbreaking music and sound with a deep understanding of reality.

We are passionate about innovation and have already achieved significant milestones. However, we still have a long way to go.

**We are currently in product discovery mode and seeking a highly skilled Entrepreneur in Residence / C-Level Assistant to help us generate initial POCs, exciting campaigns, and bring our first product to market.

**This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a dormant multi-billion dollar market and grow with our company. You will have the chance to work side by side with our founders, execute strategic and operational topics, and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

As a C-Level Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of cross-functional tasks and projects related to strategy, business development, marketing, sales, and finance. You will dive deep into data analysis, identify growth levers, and develop actionable plans to implement with drive and ownership.

**Requirements:

  • Obtained a degree or about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field, with outstanding academic records.
  • 2-3 years of practical experience in business development, venture development, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a startup, incubator, and/or consultancy.
  • Loves challenges and can work independently with little instruction, with a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-stuff-done attitude and always thinking one step ahead.
  • Excellent analytical skills, diligent work, great attention to detail, and consistent delivery of results under pressure.
  • English fluency is required, and German is a big advantage.
