Job Overview

We are seeking a highly ambitious and multi-talented individual to join our team as a Founders Associate. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Co-Founders and be an integral part of a fast-moving startup. The ideal candidate will be a future entrepreneur or executive who is willing to work hard and take on a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Founders across all departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery, including new market entry, new products, and growth initiatives.
  • Support our Founders with tasks related to upcoming financing rounds, leveraging your analytical and organizational skills.
  • Take the lead in expanding our presence to new markets and countries, driving business growth and development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and industry by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field and previous experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of project management duties.
  • Highly self-directed, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with limited direction.
  • Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
