As an Expert Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maximize the value of ServiceNow's Employee Experience solutions. Your passion for HR technology and expertise in delivering complex solutions will be essential in driving business growth and success.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in pre-sales solutions consulting, post-sales implementation in IT software industry, or as an HR practitioner. Your knowledge of the Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery, or HCM landscape is a significant plus. With excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, both in business and technical concepts, you will be able to tell a compelling story and present complex ideas to various stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Prove the value of our product for the business situation of your client
  • Demand Identification: Identify demands within the HR/Workplace/Legal functions for our platform
  • Sales Campaigns: Contribute to sales campaigns focused on the Employee Experience solution suite, which includes HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and Legal Service Management
  • Discovery Workshops: Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' business challenges and deliver product demonstrations aligned to customer needs
  • Solution Demonstrations: Prepare, configure, and deliver solution demonstrations to customers in person and virtually to showcase how our solution fits their needs and resolves their business issues
  • Product Expertise: Answer questions related to product features from our customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Request for Information/Proposal Documents: Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Product Feedback & Enhancements Requests: Provide product feedback & enhancements requests to Product Management
  • Program Development: Help develop programs that enable the field sales organization to demonstrate the value of Employee Workflows, and HR Service Management on the ServiceNow platform
  • Best Practices Sharing: Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Market Differentiation: Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Marketing Events: Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

About You:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales solutions consulting, post-sales implementation in IT software industry, or as an HR practitioner
  • Knowledge of the Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery, or HCM landscape is a plus
  • Experience in delivering complex solutions to clients in multiple industries
  • Passion for technology and experience in cloud software solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, both in business and technical concepts
  • A confident and engaging presentation style, with the ability to tell a compelling story
  • Proven track record of presenting to various stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives
  • Proactive and independent mindset, fast learner with the ability to complete tasks in an organized, detailed way with minimal supervision
  • Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel across the region as necessary
