Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager – Graduate Entry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our retail customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve key sales objectives
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive for leadership and a passion for sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Familiarity with the DACH market and its retail landscape
- Proficient in English and German (written and spoken)
