Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Security Manager to join our team at BuildingMinds. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of data protection and security.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of data processing operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data protection and security, including documentation and ISO 27001 certification.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on data protection and security matters.
- Closely interact with our Information Security Officer to ensure seamless collaboration and compliance.
- Deliver training to staff on data protection and security measures to increase awareness and understanding.
- Identify and address potential data security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with data protection laws and standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English and German language skills.
- Strong knowledge of data protection laws, including GDPR, and other applicable laws.
- Proficient in communicating with diverse management levels and stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data protection and security, with a focus on documentation and ISO 27001 certification.
- Knowledge of data processing operations in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- High intrinsic motivation, a fast learner, and a great team player.
