About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Advisory, Audit & Informationsschutz Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bahn AG in Berlin or Frankfurt (Main).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective information security measures to protect corporate information in business projects.
- Ensure transparency regarding regulatory requirements and standards for information security and define requirements and identify areas for improvement in the context of information security.
- Drive the development and expansion of standards and competencies in the IT security environment of the group to create and utilize synergies.
- Support and enable top management in the application of information security, for example, in the classification of and handling of corporate information.
- Measure the implementation using suitable key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop further monitoring measures.
- Develop and conduct internal controls (e.g., assessments and audits) in the field of information security and ISO 27001ff. and conduct them.
- Develop methods and actively manage stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- You have completed your studies as a (business) computer scientist or have a comparable qualification with an IT focus.
- You have very good and long-standing knowledge in the field of information security and experience in the field of directive work or auditing, as well as a good understanding of personal data and data protection knowledge.
- You are familiar with the Trade Secrets Act, economic security, know-how protection, and the BSI IT Security Act.
- You bring experience from the KRITIS environment and are familiar with the current legislation around the KRITIS umbrella law and NIS 2.
- Zertifizierungen (ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP, etc.) in the field of IT security are desirable and your technical knowledge or affinity enable you to engage in discussions on an equal footing with IT/OT experts from architecture and governance.
- You are accustomed to communicating safely with various stakeholders and present confidently to large groups.
