Information Security Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Scalable Capital. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal information security risk management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Information Security Risk Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive information security risk management framework
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001 and BAIT
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for information security
- Collaborate with the CISO to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Vendor Management
- Manage vendor information security evaluations and audits
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective risk management
- Communication and Collaboration
- Act as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on information security risk management
Requirements
- Education
- University degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information security
- Experience
- Several years of professional experience in information security risk management and/or compliance
- Skills
- Strong experience in information security risk management and a good understanding of organizational and technical security controls
- Excellent communication skills
