We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Implementation Expert to join our team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing expert guidance to business users.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure Workday HCM modules, including HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.
- Develop and maintain business processes, security, organizations, and reporting in Workday HCM.
- Lead associated projects end-to-end, ensuring coverage of all facets of testing and successful end-user experience.
- Support bi-yearly Workday releases with business users and serve as the Workday SME on various projects.
- Participate in the ongoing development of the HRIS, formulating ideas and recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to develop self-service solutions for users and proactively participate in the People Systems support model.
- 5+ years of experience implementing HRIS solutions, with a strong focus on Workday HCM.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM modules, including HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.
- Strong implementation experience in modules like Absence, Recruitment, and Learning.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time.
- Experience with integrations between HRIS, payroll, and financial systems.
- Previously Certified Workday Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Human Resource anatomy, including functional areas and systems.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications, such as Excel and Access, or equivalent relational database query methods.
- Experience with ticket management and project management tools, like JIRA, Service Now, etc.
- Experience with SAS and SQL Server coding.
- Proficient in data analysis/visualization software, including SAS and Tableau.
