Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Configuration Expert to join our team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Workday HCM modules, including HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.
  • Develop prototype systems to demonstrate configurations and ensure successful end-user experience.
  • Lead associated projects end-to-end, ensuring coverage of all facets of testing and successful end-user experience.
  • Support bi-yearly Workday releases with business users and serve as the Workday SME on various projects.
  • Maintain key Workday HCM elements, including business processes, security, organizations, and reporting.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of the HRIS, formulating ideas and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to develop self-service solutions for users and proactively participate in the People Systems support model.

Requirements

  • 5+ years implementing HRIS solutions, with experience in Workday HCM.
  • Strong implementation experience in modules like HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.
  • Knowledge of Core HCM concepts, including business processes, organizations, security, and reporting.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time.
  • Experience with integrations between HRIS, payroll, and financial systems.

Nice to Have

  • Previously Certified Workday Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resource anatomy, including functional areas and systems.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications, such as Excel and Access, or equivalent relational database query methods.
  • Experience with ticket management and project management tools, like JIRA and Service Now.
  • Experience with SAS and SQL Server coding.
  • Proficient in data analysis/visualization software, including SAS and Tableau.
