As a Lead Business Insights Analyst, you will contribute to our ongoing success and join the dynamic Studydrive team in Berlin.

Your ResponsibilitiesData-Driven Product Enhancement:
  • Oversee a team of business analysts to ensure all departments have access to the necessary data and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Identify and assess issues and opportunities proactively, guiding the company towards high-impact initiatives that foster business growth.
  • Encourage a culture where data-driven insights are embedded in everyday business practices.
Ensure Precise Data Monitoring:
  • Facilitate accurate information requests across all departments.
  • Ensure comprehensive tracking systems are in place for effective data capture and analysis.
  • Exhibit proficiency with tracking systems and tools, including Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Leverage Reporting Tools:
  • Showcase expertise in Power BI, including the ability to export tables and create visual representations of data insights for the entire organization.
  • Familiarity with standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners like Adjust.
QualificationsStrong Analytical Acumen:
  • A data-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
Educational Qualifications:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a quantitative field or with a statistical focus (e.g., mathematics, economics, statistics).
Professional Experience:
  • At least 3 years in a senior business analyst position, preferably within a business intelligence or data-centric environment.
  • Ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Power BI and other data visualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Adjust).
  • Understanding of tracking systems and tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Skills and Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and German.
  • Capability to synthesize data from various sources into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage critical business tasks independently.
  • A passion for transforming data into strategic business decisions.
