As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' strategies and driving their growth. You possess a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and a passion for uncovering hidden patterns and trends. Your mission is to empower businesses with data-driven insights that fuel informed decision-making and competitive advantage.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of data analysis projects, delivering impactful insights to clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable data strategies.
  • Leverage your expertise in SQL and visualization tools to generate compelling reports and dashboards that communicate complex data effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and technologies, continuously expanding your skillset and contributing thought leadership within the company.
Your Profile
  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment, driving projects and delivering business insights.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and reflect on analytical findings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in German or English (business level).
