As a Lead Data Insights Analyst, you will contribute to our ongoing success and join the dynamic Studydrive team in Berlin.
Data-Driven Product Enhancement:
- Oversee our team of business analysts to ensure all departments have access to the necessary data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify and evaluate challenges and opportunities, ensuring the organization prioritizes high-impact initiatives that foster business growth.
- Encourage and maintain a culture where data-driven insights are fundamental to operational processes.
- Ensure all teams request the appropriate information and data metrics.
- Guarantee thorough tracking for data to be collected and analyzed effectively.
- Exhibit familiarity with tracking systems and tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Show proficiency in Power BI, including exporting data tables and creating visual representations to communicate insights across the organization.
- Familiarity with standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners like Adjust.
Strong Analytical Abilities:
- A data-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
- A degree or equivalent in a quantitative field or with a statistical focus (e.g., mathematics, economics, statistics).
- 3+ years in a senior business analyst position, preferably within a BI or data-centric department.
- Skilled in articulating complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Power BI and other data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Adjust).
- Understanding of tracking systems and tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to synthesize data from various sources into actionable insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing critical business tasks independently.
- A passion for transforming data into strategic business decisions.
- A full-time employment position with an unlimited contract.
- 30 vacation days annually.
