Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Analyst to join our Global People Analytics team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and algorithms to analyze complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead specific analytical projects to support the overall People Analytics and P&C team goals and objectives.
  • Steer and influence the team's direction and design KPIs and OKRs to measure business performance.
  • Co-own the People data domain and serve as the point of contact for this part of Delivery Hero's data.
  • Work closely with the global people analytics community to maintain a healthy pipeline of People Analytics initiatives.
  • Select and apply appropriate methodologies and techniques to analyze data and extract insights for key stakeholders in an efficient and secure manner.
  • Collaborate with analysts and data scientists in other teams to learn new methodologies and share best practices.
  • Play a critical role in upskilling the analytics capabilities of the P&C team at scale and ensure that all team members can avoid common statistics pitfalls and correctly interpret People data from our self-serve dashboards and people data platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or other technical fields.
  • Background working in similar data-driven roles and 5+ years of experience in People analytics.
  • Proven experience in using data and analytical tools (such as Python, R) to develop models and algorithms.
  • Able to identify the most appropriate statistical technique, supervised and/or unsupervised machine learning algorithm to answer a given business question.
  • Advanced understanding of statistics and basic principles of data analysis.
  • Great storyteller and able to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
