About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Target Reply. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Requirements Management: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements documentation to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • User Story Development: Create clear and concise user stories to facilitate effective project planning and execution.
  • Project Presentations: Present project results to clients in a clear and concise manner, both in-person and virtually.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design and develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the development team, consultants, and clients to ensure effective project execution.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence and/or business analytics, preferably in the banking and/or retail industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL databases, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
