Position Overview
As a Lead Data Insights Analyst within the Growth Analytics division, you will be an integral part of the broader International Marketing Analytics team, which serves as a vital advisory resource for the global operations of HelloFresh. Your primary responsibility will be to assist your Growth partners in their strategic decision-making processes, acting as their main point of contact for inquiries related to data and analytics. Your background in Growth analytics and associated technologies, combined with your strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational capabilities, will significantly influence the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver insightful analyses to enhance marketing initiatives and optimize channel targeting and effectiveness Convert business inquiries into actionable analytics for your stakeholders across multiple Growth channels Generate ad-hoc insights, conduct Lift Tests, perform AB test evaluations, and create reports & visualizations Leverage various databases and programming languages to access, manipulate, and present necessary data Advance the perspective on Growth Analytics within the team, providing essential analytical insights at various organizational levels Take ownership of individual projects while also collaborating and sharing knowledge with fellow analystsRequired Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Growth Marketing Analytics or related fields such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, or Data Science Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics and statistical modeling A degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field Preferably experienced in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta AA, ADH) Preferably knowledgeable in growth marketing analytics and testing methodologies (e.g., lift tests, campaign analytics, channel efficiency, AB testing) Proficient in SQL, Python, and BigQuery, with a willingness to expand technical skills Skilled in dashboard creation, with experience in Tableau Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques, including regression, clustering, and time series analysis is advantageous Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or managing 1-2 analysts is a plus Proficient in analyzing large datasets and aware of common analytical challenges Marketing or product-related experience is beneficial but not essential Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, coupled with effective presentation and communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach Ability to work autonomouslyBenefits
