Strategic Business Development Manager

VidLab7 is a pioneer in the realm of personalized video experiences, leveraging generative AI and Synthetic Media to redefine the boundaries of digital engagement. As a key member of our revenue team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and conversions.
Our Mission
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly territory sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new prospects through inbound and self-sourced leads, and engage C-level executives and department leaders in qualification calls.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing and technology departments, to inform sales strategies and drive product adoption.
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, and directly to C-level executives, to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying role, preferably in a SaaS software company.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience in complex selling environments and presenting to C-level executives.
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to assess customer needs and build trusted relationships at all levels.
