Key Responsibilities:- Sales Operations & Performance Management:
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Set and monitor KPIs for the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Prepare regular forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for senior management
- Optimize sales processes to integrate cloud and ESG-focused solutions
- Strategic Growth Management:
- Drive revenue growth aligned with company goals, incorporating cloud business and ESG principles
- Identify key opportunities for cloud solutions in firms, corporates, and municipalities
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on cloud growth and sustainability
- Embed ESG considerations into the sales strategy, aligning with environmental and social impact goals
- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new cloud business opportunities within the DACH region
- Leverage local market knowledge to target cloud and ESG-focused opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders, highlighting the value of sustainable cloud solutions
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Position cloud offerings as tools for digital transformation and ESG compliance
- Negotiate contracts that drive revenue and meet customer sustainability expectations
- Strong sales and leadership experience in the areas of tax, tax auditing, or compliance, or related software industry
- Relevant educational background
- IT/software sales background and genuine passion for technology
- Familiarity with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, a hybrid working model, and access to cutting-edge cloud solutions.
