Business Development and Sales Representative for Enterprise Software

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team at ISIS Papyrus Europe AG. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing warm leads into projects.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial culture with a sophisticated consultative role. Your primary focus will be on working closely with Directors to identify new business opportunities for the Papyrus Software platform. You will also engage with prospects over the phone, social media, and email, understanding their needs, and positioning Papyrus Software as the appropriate solution.
You will conduct research on prospects to provide relevant information to analyze the opportunities available, chase active projects, and speak to key decision-makers to introduce Papyrus Software. Additionally, you will reach out to prospects to introduce Papyrus and convert leads into possible Papyrus platform sales opportunities.
Your goal will be to successfully generate qualified opportunities continuously building and sustaining a healthy pipeline of new market and client opportunities for Papyrus Software. These leads will be a mixture of campaign-specific leads and self-generated leads.
You will maintain all client and candidate records in our company's CRM database. Furthermore, you will liaise with consultancy teams and Directors to ensure all projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree with an IT software background
- Consultative software sales experience
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types in a consultative manner
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Research and problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and a can-do attitude

- Organized and able to work on multiple opportunities at one time
This role is based in Düsseldorf, Germany. We offer a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will have access to excellent commission opportunities and a structured route to management, should you wish.
