Paper Industry Chemical Sales Director

At Bezzi & Mazzurana, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success in the chemicals or paper industries.
About the RoleThis is a key role within our company, responsible for managing and growing our client portfolio in the paper industry. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the existing client portfolio in the paper industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts in the paper sector.
- Provide tailored chemical solutions to meet the unique needs of the paper manufacturing process, in collaboration with R&D and technical teams.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and monitoring competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and networking initiatives to represent the company and enhance brand visibility.
- Fluency in German (native or near-native) and strong proficiency in English.
- Experience in sales or business development roles within the chemicals or paper industries.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical applications and processes within the paper manufacturing sector.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, combined with a client-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel around 60% / 70% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
