Job Overview

The (Senior) Account Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partners. This position requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, ad tech landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication and go-to adviser on the intricacies of our product.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance data, preparing reports and presenting insights in an understandable way.
  • Account Strategies: Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Optimization: Proactively identify optimization and growth opportunities to increase revenues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: High level of analytical skills.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Having a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Self-Starter: Being a self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Market Understanding: Profound understanding of the APAC market, trends, and customer preferences in the mobile gaming space.
  • Network: Existing and relevant network within the mobile gaming industry.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as work-life balance, commuter benefits, professional development opportunities, workation options, gym membership, catering, flexibility, corporate benefits, and diversity.

Please note that this is not a remote-only position. We offer a flexible hybrid model, where you'll work from home on Mondays and Fridays and come to our office in Hamburg, Germany, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
