Customer Support Specialist in Commercial Services

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding commercial inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience through your professional demeanor.
- Manage and resolve both phone and written inquiries related to commercial matters, including invoicing, contract management, webshop orders, and returns.
- Independently handle incoming orders and address customer complaints effectively.
- Assist in tracking important deadlines and appointments to ensure timely responses.
- Accurately record and update relevant information in various systems, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
- Proficient in Windows and familiar with MS Office applications.
- Enjoy interacting with people, particularly in a telephone support capacity.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and articulate.
- Possess a friendly and confident approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
