About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Raisin. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers across a range of topics, including products, processes, and account-related inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, using your strong communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from customer service and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by handling inquiries professionally and promptly.
Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish language skills (C2 level) and good command of English.
  • Professional experience in customer service or customer support is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  • Interest in complex topics, modern finance, and capital markets.
  • High expectations of work quality and ability to maintain an overview in busy periods.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Office 365.
