Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing organization, you will be responsible for business development into our regional customer base. Your primary goal will be to maximize Renesas business in the assigned region/customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maximize Renesas business in the assigned region/customer base.
  2. Develop a detailed understanding of the customer base and Microcontroller TAM/SAM in the assigned region.
  3. Develop regional go-to-market strategies, prioritize customers, and decide on customer support.
  4. Drive demand creation and execute strategies to increase Renesas market share in the assigned region/customer base.
  5. Secure Renesas relationships with all levels of assigned customers and Account Managers.
  6. Identify new opportunities and apply disciplined funnel management both directly and indirectly.
  7. Work seamlessly with the Regional Sales Team and BU internal to ensure Renesas Microcontrollers are included in all customer programs.
  8. Ensure accurate customer forecast information is generated for the Renesas Microcontroller Product Portfolio.
  9. Hold regular account/business reviews with assigned customers and branch offices to ensure alignment with agreed-upon targets.
  10. Identify competition behavior in the customer base and execute strategic plans to counter competition.
  11. Provide regular feedback on market information, customer status, and business opportunities.
  12. Utilize Renesas tools to ensure required reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in Microcontrollers.
  • Sound experience in technology sales, ideally to automotive accounts.
  • Self-motivating and taking initiative.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good project management and organization skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good commercial skills (business acumen).
  • Fluent in English.
