Technical Account Manager

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team in Munich or Düsseldorf. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining our Sentinel products and services to assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and meeting Service Level Agreement commitments.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of the long-term successful delivery and use of our Sentinel products and services by assigned customers.
- Ensure Service Level Agreement commitments have been met, as well as maintaining consistently high customer satisfaction levels throughout the full spectrum of the customer's Sentinel lifecycle.
- Implement technical upgrades to support the desired functionality.
- Resolution or provision of satisfactory answers to reported technical problems.
- Identify gaps in solution and feedback to the Product Management team.
- Create Corrective Action Plan and work with all stakeholders to develop acceptable paths to resolution.
- Knowledgeable of the customer roadmap and highlight possible risks and opportunities to the sales team.
- Several years of experience in one or more roles with a high degree of customer interaction and account management in a technical environment.
- Ideally programming experience with one or more of the following: C, C++, C#,.NET, Java.
- A customer-focused approach and good communication skills.
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage.
