Service Program Management Internship

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our Service Program Management team at Mercedes-Benz. This role is ideal for individuals eager to engage in a dynamic environment and contribute innovative ideas to the development of a new service initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and pilot phases of a comprehensive service program.
  • Assist in the establishment of service offerings, customer engagement strategies, and digital solutions.
  • Employ strategic thinking while executing practical solutions.
  • Gain insights into customer service operations and retail interactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and markets.

Exciting Challenges:

  • Contribute to the overall program design and individual component development.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary workshops to coordinate content and strategies.
  • Support KPI analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancements and market growth.
  • Develop requirements for a KPI performance monitoring tool.
  • Organize presentations and roadshows to promote the program.
  • Generate reports detailing program status and performance metrics.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in economics, automotive economics, industrial engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Prior practical experience through internships or part-time roles is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills with a conceptual approach to data, complemented by pragmatic execution.
  • Demonstrated commitment, independence, and structured work habits.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a collaborative spirit.
