Service Program Management Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and pilot phases of a comprehensive service program.
  • Contribute to the establishment of service products and customer engagement strategies.
  • Adopt a strategic mindset while executing practical solutions.
  • Gain insights into customer service operations, including retail and customer interaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders.

Exciting Challenges:

  • Assist in the overall program design, including the development of its components.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary workshops to align and coordinate program content.
  • Support KPI analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancement and market growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of a KPI performance tool.
  • Organize presentations and roadshows to promote the program.
  • Prepare reports detailing program status and performance metrics.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in economics, automotive economics, industrial engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Previous practical experience through internships or part-time roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and tools such as JIRA or Confluence is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a conceptual approach to data, complemented by pragmatic implementation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment, independence, and flexibility in work style.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
